Carol currently oversees operations in the busy Dorset Operations Centre, she is responsible for the growing team of tax advisers and administration staff who take the calls, liaise with the nationwide volunteers, book appointments and co-ordinate the many tasks that keep the office side running smoothly. She joined T.O.P. in March 2005. Her career started many years ago in London with BT in the drawing office, which she later managed. A move to Dorset meant a change of direction where she spent 10 years tendering and managing the County Council cleaning contracts. Since joining TOP She has returned to study and has recently passed the ATT tax exams, joining the association in January 2011.
